Together with Jouk Fris I gave a one week skill seminar in the MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship programme at ESADE Business School.
What it implied was introducing masterstudents to designtheory and helping them design a logo for their company. They had to have a basic idea of their brand (name, type of business, target audience, what it should represent) and from that idea we helped them developing the logo. Meanwhile they were learning about typography, colours, shapes and software such as Illustrator and Photoshop. The main focus was on their designchoices, so every step in the process was a logical one.
We had students from all over the world and we were surprised how fast they picked up these skills.
